Having started taking photographs in the mid-50s of the last century, Vladimir Lagrange (1939 – 2022) continued to actively create throughout his life. The famous photographer established himself as a brilliant photo reporter, a thoughtful essayist, and fully revealed himself as a photo artist.

He worked in the TASS photo chronicle, in the Rodina magazine, was a special correspondent for the Soviet Union magazine, and in 1991 – 1995 in the Moscow bureau of the French agency Sipa Pres.
