This is a collage¹ portrait as part of my photography project “I See You”. An image is a cross-roads encounter between identity and history. It makes moments unique, whatever or whoever the subject. It is very simply my visual essay about what I see, at the cross-roads of my life. 1. Collage – (noun; from the French: coller, “to glue” or “to stick together”) is a technique of art creation, primarily used in the visual arts, but in music too, by which art results from an assemblage of different forms, thus creating a new whole. ↩︎
